Making a complicated financial workflow feel effortless.

Making bill pay less of a chore.

Paying bills is a necessary part of running a business, but traditional accounts payable workflows are often fragmented, repetitive, and unnecessarily complex. Manually entering invoice details, tracking approvals, and managing payments can pull business owners away from the work that matters most.

Digits set out to rethink that experience from the ground up: an AI-powered bill pay product that could automate tedious tasks while making the entire process feel clear, intuitive, and connected to the rest of a business's finances. The opportunity was bigger than simplifying a workflow. It was to make a traditionally utilitarian financial product feel distinctly Digits: powerful under the hood, approachable on the surface, and thoughtfully designed at every step.

Drag. Drop. Approve. Pay.

I played a major role in designing an experience that made accounts payable feel simpler without sacrificing the visibility and control businesses need. The product experience centered on a clear, Kanban-style workflow that made bill status easy to understand at a glance. AI handled the tedious work of extracting invoice details and line items, while a purpose-built document viewer made it easier to review bills, verify information, and move confidently toward payment.

The design brought these capabilities together in a cohesive experience: from uploading an invoice to reviewing its details, managing approvals, and paying vendors—all within Digits.

Bringing a complex product to market.

I played a major role in shaping how Digits Bill Pay was introduced to the world, designing the creative that connected the product experience with its launch story. From the marketing website and motion to campaign assets and product storytelling, I helped translate a sophisticated, AI-powered financial tool into a cohesive visual experience across every major launch touchpoint.
